All Permanent Jewelry purchases are final sale (no refunds or exchanges). If your Permanent Jewelry breaks within 2 days at the weld spot, we may be able to reweld at no charge. After 2 days, a $10 service fee may be charged for rewelding. If you choose to remove your Permanent Jewelry, we recommend you snip at the jump ring/weld spot if you would like it rewelded in the future. Permanent Jewelry cut at a different location cannot be rewelded. Not suitable for children 3 years or younger. Anyone between the ages of 4–14 years must be accompanied by an adult. You should not undergo our Permanent Jewelry service if you have a pacemaker, any metal sensitivity or allergy, or have any other condition that may make this experience unsafe.
